Ventus Group of Funds

CCC manages The Ventus Funds, one of the largest group of funds specifically targeted at the UK renewable energy sector. The Ventus Funds are specialist venture capital trusts (“VCTs”) focused on investing in companies that will develop, construct and operate small to medium sized on-shore renewable energy projects in the UK.

The first Ventus Fund, Ventus VCT plc, was raised in April 2005. Ventus 2 VCT plc and Ventus 3 VCT plc were raised in April 2006. Together the Ventus Funds address the funding gap that exists at the smaller end of the UK market.
